BASIC COURSE 

To get started with CrossFit at CrossFit Valens everyone starts with the Basic Course, a 5 hour weekend introductory course to CrossFit. There we teach you the fundamental movements of CrossFit and how to perform them correctly, safely and efficiently. The course is 2 days, 2.5 hours on both days. Everyone can do the Basic Course at Reebok CrossFit Valens. Our coaches will guide you through this journey and help you every step of the way.

REGULAR CLASSES 

After the Basic Course you are ready for the regular classes. Each day we have up to fourteen classes that you can choose from, setting you up for success. That way you can always find time for CrossFit in your schedule.

Every class is an opportunity for you to become a better version of yourself. A qualified CrossFit coach will lead you through the workout of the day, helping you reach your goals. Our goal is that everyone can have fun during the class and leave the gym feeling a little bit better every time you come. 

 

TEEN CLASSES

We have put our teen classes during the week on hold for the time being as we don’t have enough kids enrolled. We still offer a teens class on Saturdays at 11:30. Our teen classes are specifically designed for 12-16 year old teens. The main focus is always on technique and teaching the correct movement patterns. CrossFit Valens provides a safe, fun and encouraging environment for young people, helping them to feel better in everyday life. This is the perfect addition to every teenager’s life, regardless of their fitness level.
